“Sam and the team were so helpful through the whole design process. I loved how interested they were in our ideas and although I was specific with what I wanted, they added many new concepts and ideas that I hadn’t thought of. For example the size of our upstairs loft. I had a vision for this to be a second living area in our home and Sam suggested increasing the size of the floor space and adding a bathroom and although I was hesitant at first this has been one of the best added ideas, we now use this as a lounge room plus a guest bedroom with its own ensuite.
We had an odd shaped block and Sam and the team worked around the shape perfectly taking in all the natural light and maximising the floor space.

Although the build took substantially longer than expected we are so happy with how it turned out. I felt like although our house was not the largest design that Atria has created, I still felt they were excited to put together our vision and were open to our ideas. They put together an amazing, well thought out family home that will suit us for a very long time.”
